Was born on 1 of January 1984 in Tatarbunary, Odessa region. In 2006, she graduated from the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies, Faculty of Canning and Winemaking Technology. In 2006 she entered the postgraduate course of the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies in the specialty "Technology of canned and frozen foods". Under the guidance of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Bezusov Anatoly Timofeyevich completed and defended her PhD thesis in 2009 on "Development of grape juice technology with high content of phenolic compounds". In 2010, she graduated from the sommelier school in Kyiv. From 2010 to 2011 worked as chief sommelier of Polyana winery in Odessa. From 2011 to 2014 worked as the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Innovative Food Technologies, Restaurant, Hotel and Tourist Business. From 2017 to the present time he has been working at the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies at the Department of Tourism Business and Recreation. Since December 2014 - Dean of the Faculty of Wine and Tourism Business. He teaches disciplines "Wine tourism", "Gastronomic tourism", manages the graduate work of students. She is fluent in French and is a volunteer of ONACHT Center for French-Ukrainian Cooperation. He is engaged in organizing students' preparation for international practice. He is a co-organizer of cultural events: Young Wine Festival, Wine for Every Day in Every Home, Europe Days at ONAHT, he is the author of master classes for students promoting future specialties. In 2012 and 2013, she received an internship at the Higher Hotel School in Prague, Czech Republic on the topic "Hospitality and Tourism of the Czech Republic" In 2014, she participated in the XIV International Conference on Destinations, Hospitality, Tourism and Events in Manchester, England. In October 2016, she participated in the International Workshop on Architecture and Hospitality, Halkidiki, Greece. In November 2016, she held a teaching, language and professional internship at LyceeViticole, Bonn, France. Has signed an agreement on international cooperation and co-organized a training-professional module for students from France. In 2017, she upgraded her qualifications at Lavtravel, Tbilisi, Georgia, and received a certificate of hours of internship. In October 2017, she upgraded the qualification of lecturer of the department of in-service graduation from ONAHT at the Higher School of Pedagogical Skills (totaling 210 hours). In February 2018, she advanced her qualification at the Research Institute on the program "Sensory analysis of food products". In 2017,2018 she attended the International Exhibition "ExpovinMoldova and Wine and Beverage Tasting Competition with Master Classes of Blacksearegionwinesandspiritscontest", Chisinau, Moldova. In 2019, she participated in the UNWTO World Congress on Gastronomic Tourism, Chisinau, Moldova. In 2019 she concluded an agreement on cooperation of ONACHT with the Yerevan Academy of Wine, Yerevan, Armenia. In September 2018, Sarkisian G.O. was a co-organizer of the round table "Wine and Gastronomic Tourism: Combining Education, Technology and Business" within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Food and Fodder Technologies".

Iryna Kalmykova work experience: 1987-1989 – Research Engineer at Department of Winemaking Technology, Odesa State Academy of Food Technologies. 1989-1992 – PhD Degree in Technology of canned food products & Technology of fermented products, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, Odesa M.V. Lomonosov Technological Institute of Food Industry. Thesis Title: “The use of electroplasmolysis to intensify the extraction of phenolic substances from grapes in the technology of red table wines and natural juice”. 1993-1996 – Assistant at Department of Winemaking Technology, Odesa State Academy of Food Technologies. 1996-1997 – Associate Professor at Department of Wine Technology, Odesa State Academy of Food Technologies. 2001-2004 – Process Engineer at Production Laboratory, CJSC "First Distillery", Оdesa. 2004-2009 – Chief Technologist, CJSC "First Distillery", Оdesa. 2011-2019 – Associate Professor at Department of Wine Technology and Oenology, Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies. 2019 - Present – Associate Professor at Department of Tourism and Recreation Business, Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies. I. Kalmykova has prepared and delivers lecture courses, conducts practical and laboratory classes in the following disciplines: "Tastings in tourism", "Specialized tourism", "Security in tourism", "Recreation". Conducts coursework, coursework and diploma projects, master`s qualifications. The total number of is 58 (2 monographs), 16 publications have educational and methodological character. Main directions of scientific activity: • attractiveness of the tourist and tasting business; • research of local products of the Odesa region; • comprehensive evaluation of the quality of grapes and wines. I. Kalmykova manages the research work of students, participates in the work of the student`s department. I. Kalmykova is responsible for international cooperation of the Department of Tourism and Recreation Business, is part of the grant group of M.V. Lomonosov Technological Institute of Food Industry. Since 2012 I. Kalmykova is a curator.

In 2000 graduated from the Odessa State Agricultural Institute, majoring in "Master of Management in Organizations". In 2016, was awarded the academic title of Professor of the Department of Economic Theory and Economics of Enterprise. Research interests: event management, enterprise economics, regional economics, international economics, tourism economics. Teaches disciplines: 1. Event tourism and event management. 2. International regulation of tourism activities. 3. Statistics in tourism. Scientific-methodical work: author of more than 120 scientific and scientific-methodical works, including 3 manuals and 5 monographs. The department is responsible for scientific work. Was awarded a diploma by the Department of Education and Science of the Odessa Regional State Administration for a significant personal contribution to the development of national science, many years of diligent work, high professionalism. In 2015 was given the title of associate professor. Sphere of scientific interests: innovations in tourism, problems of tourism industry of Ukraine. Teaches disciplines: 1. In 2009 she defended her thesis on the topic: «Ethnic tourism resources of the region: social geographical estimation (on the Odessa region materials». Sphere of scientific interests: ethnic geography, sacral geography, geography of culture, ethnic tourism. Disciplines: the geography of tourism, the history of the world tourism development and the basics of tourism, the attractiveness and diversity of tourism. Scientific and methodical work: the author of more than 30 scientific and methodical works, co-author of two monographs, participant of conferences and scientific seminars. Lomonosov (now ONAFT) majoring in “Automation of technological processes and production”. 1993 - 1996 - Head of the Laboratory of the Department of Automation of Production Processes (APP) ONAFT. 1996 - 1999 - postgraduate studies at the Department of APP ONAFT. 1999 - 2000 - Head of the Laboratory of the Department of APP. In 2001 defended his thesis on the topic «Statistical identification of the models of dynamics and its application in tasks of adaptive control». 2000-2011 - Assistant of the Department of APP. Since 2012 and until now - Associate Professor at the Department of Automation of Technological Processes and Robotic Systems (ATPiRS). Since 2019 - Associate Professor of the Department of Tourism Business and Recreation (TBiR) in combination. Since 1996, simultaneously with teaching, he has been engaged in small business in the field of trade. This allows him to competently teach students of relevant specialties important disciplines in the field of business process management. Hobbies: sports, traveling. Educational work. Teaches disciplines: «Fundamentals of business process management»; «Automation of business processes»; «Automation of trade processes»; «Theory of automatic control»; «Data mining in the management of business processes»; «Specialized tourism». He is responsible for the development of the specialization "Automated Enterprise Management". Supervises student internship and graduation theses. Scientific work. Based on the extended method of typical statistical identification, he developed a set of algorithms and programs for use in adaptive control systems of complex technical objects. He takes part in the scientific direction of the department «Automated management of business processes, processes of administration and training: innovative approaches and technologies». He is working on improving methods of data mining and artificial intelligence for their application in the algorithms of decision support systems. The total number of publications is 50.
